For the Salad

Go Baladi Goat Halloumi cheese

Salad greens (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions)
Fresh basil leaves

For the Vinaigrette

Salt and pepper


  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slabs.
  • Lightly brush the halloumi slices with olive oil.
